If cancelation is made  more than 72 hours before your scheduled trip departure, a fee of 90% of the total cost will be refunded to the purchaser.

If cancelation is made  between 48 and  72 hours before your scheduled trip departure, a fee of 75% of the total cost will be refunded to the purchaser.

If cancelation is made between 12 and 48 hours of your schedule trip departure  50% of the total cost will be refunded to the purchaser

If cancellation is made within 12 hours of your scheduled trip, no shows or early departures there will be no refunds..
